Pracharath Rak Samakkee Co., Ltd. will retain a certain percentage of profit-sharing from the incremental income, as agreed with the community, to fund further support activities.

There is no benchmarks on the percentage amount of profit-sharing, however the majority of the revenue should belong to the community with only a small percentage share-cuts to Pracharath Rak Samakkee Co., Ltd. to fund further supporting activities. The profit-sharing amount should be approximately 5%-10% and should not exceed 20%, depending on the agreement between each community and the company.

Pracharath Rak Samakkee Co., Ltd. does not need a large amount of capital, as the initial expenses will be mostly used on operational costs, such as the managing director's and staff's salaries, rental and on-ground activities expenses.  Pracharath's main job is to analyse and select the community to work with, based on the community's real needs and benefits to be gained, and coordinate with Pracharath's network support, nationwide.
